Speaking
You have an engaging presentation style with very nice interaction with the audience. You were also easy to work with in terms of communications in setting up the program. We were just as pleased with this program as your last.
She was more prepared and in my opinion, more educated than any of the previous dining etiquette speakers. (This was my fourth year attending.) The presentation was excellent.”
Karen kept student attention through her energetic style and through creative use of candy incentives and Kahoot interactive web game. She also initiated a lively skit that students enjoyed. One student evaluation comment noted “very funny, caught our attention, and didn’t make it boring.” Another said “I will remember there is always hope to actually be happy in the future.”
Ms. Litzinger’s personality, technique, professionalism and attention to detail make her the ideal facilitator!
Karen was very personable and caring. A big help at this time. Very knowledgeable and willing. Kept us on track and a positive attitude about our task.
Her enthusiasm engaged my curiosity and desire to not only learn but demonstrate proper etiquette.
Coaching
I really enjoyed the sessions and thought I got a lot of bang for the buck. We covered a lot of ground, and that hour went by so fast. This was most helpful in building my self-confidence, and I got over my shyness about contacting strangers for networking.
Karen’s warmth and expertise helped me learn more about myself and my ideal future. I am confident that I have the tools and knowledge to make an informed educated guess.
This package assists in streamlining the mid-career transition. The exercises helped me to direct and focus my career search.
I find myself quoting Karen to friends who have been outplaced or are simply re-examining their goals. Her counsel has stayed with me. I was so impressed with Karen that I continued to work with her for occasional refreshers beyond outplacement.
The process is helpful for students who are feeling either pressured or overwhelmed by their peers or by the volume of opportunities.
Discussing results from homework allowed me to see patterns and discover new directions. I feel much clearer.
