Good Jobs Without a 4 Year Degree (Winter/Spring 2006)

The Carnegie Mellon Heinz School's Center for Economic Development released a report about a year ago on this topic. They identified occupations that pay above $33,010, the average Pittsburgh metropolitan wage at the time of their study. These "middle ground " jobs, as they call them, require some form of post secondary vocational training, on-the-job-training, or an associate's degree. For more info:
